Kate's Update
CONGRATULATIONS to our fantastic facilitator and dance ambassador, Kate Wormald (pictured far left). Kate's been busy performing (brilliantly, we have to say) in Network Ten's "So You Think You Can Dance". Kate was voted one of the top 3 dancers, and was voted most popular female dancer. Well done Kate!

While we specialize in conferences and corporate events, we also provide unique team experiences to charity events, incentives, product launches and private parties.

We employ only the most capable and experienced dance instructors. We hand-pick and train our professional instructors to ensure you receive the most rewarding experience possible.
The Creators
WAYNE SCOTT KERMOND
Multiple award-winner, show business is in Wayne Scott Kermond’s blood. "Born in a trunk", Wayne is in the fourth generation performer of the Kermond family.
Wayne starred as Cosmo Brown in Singin’ In The Rain, and has been supporting Rhonda Burchmore in her show “Fever”. Recently Wayne appeared in sell-out performances of Sydney Theatre Company productions Urinetown and Jonah Jones.
His many theatre appearances include Barnum, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, HMS Pinafore, Seven Little Australians, A Chorus Line, Chicago, Cinderella and Aladdin. Wayne is currently enjoying a sell-out season in his hit musical Candyman.

KATIE KERMOND (ARAD)
An expert communicator, Katie possesses all-embracing dance and comic skills. She hassuccessfully staged and choreographed numerous Production Shows, Corporate Events and Fashion Parades. Katie is a teacher at National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), Central Queensland University and University of Western Sydney.
Katie studied internationally (London UK, New York USA), and has received the prestigious Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance: ARAD (Royal Academy of Dance, London).
Katie is in constant demand as a performer and educator. She appeared as Cha Cha in Grease, a national tour of Jerry’s Girls, Chicago and Singing’ in the Rain.
Katie’s television credits include Three Men and a Baby Grand (ABC) and The Last Resort (ABC) and was also cast in the Cannes Festival Award winning film The Goddess of 1967.
ALISON CLARKE (B Mus, MEA)
In her capacity as Client Services Manager and co-Director of Enhance Entertainment, Alison organizes and implements entertainment solutions for many of Australia’s largest conferences and corporate events.
Having studied an MBA, Clarke has both the knowledge and experience to do what it takes to produce truly effective entertainment solutions for events.
It’s not so far removed from her previous career as a concert pianist. During her time as a classical pianist, Alison performed extensively throughout Australia, Canada and England as part of the highly successful Australian chamber group, The Tozah Trio.
GAVIN GEORGE (Grad Dip Mus, MEA)
Through Enhance Entertainment, Gavin facilitates the coming together of creative and results-driven entertainment related solutions for corporations, conferences and events.
He has implemented entertainment for an exclusive dinner party of 13 people in an $11m Sydney penthouse, to unique team building programs and large scale corporate events.
As the company’s Managing Director, Gavin is also responsible for implementing systems and marketing initiatives.
